Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form stores the contact details and project information you submit so your request can be reviewed. Optional marketing permission is separate and is not required to enquire.
Your local project draft
The Solution Architect saves a temporary draft in this browser. Use Clear this draft to remove it, particularly on a shared device. Clearing the browser draft does not delete an enquiry you have already submitted.
Private Project Capsules
A saved capsule creates a private, unlisted link that expires after 30 days. Anyone with that link can view the brief until it expires or is revoked. Do not include confidential information. The browser that creates it receives a separate revocation key.
Service providers and access
The website uses Cloudflare infrastructure; its private preview is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Owner access is restricted to a verified email sign-in. Submitted enquiries may be sent through our authenticated business email service to you and the owner. Service providers process information needed to host the site and deliver messages.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics runs only after you allow it through Privacy settings. It records a pseudonymous browser ID, pages, active time, referring website, broad country and device category, clicks, scroll depth, sampled pointer positions, game events and form completion percentages. It does not record passwords, unfinished form text, screen recordings or precise location. A submitted enquiry reference can connect an opted-in journey to the enquiry you chose to send. Raw activity is kept for 30 days and removed by daily maintenance; security logs are kept for 90 days. Privacy settings lets you withdraw consent and delete analytics associated with this browser. Submitted enquiries are separate and are not deleted by withdrawing analytics consent.
Access and deletion requests
Email eintelligence@eintelligence.live to request access, correction or deletion, quoting your enquiry reference where possible. Submitted business enquiries remain available for follow-up until removed by the owner. Optional analytics does not collect the text of forms you abandon. Blocking cookies or declining analytics does not prevent you using the website or sending a request.
